Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our hats as much as we do! We pride ourselves on providing customers with high quality, luxurious and super stylish hats and accessories. We are human and sometimes make a mistake though! If you're not happy with your order please tell us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to fix the problem.

a) If you simply don't like the style or colour and want to return the hat with no exchange, please return item within 30 days of receiving along with the completed return portion of the invoice and we will issue you a full refund* minus shipping.
b) If the hat has a defect, we take full responsibility. Please return item within 30 days of receiving your order along with the completed return portion of the invoice and we will issue you a full refund** plus shipping.
c) If you want to exchange the item for different size, colour or style. Please return item within 30 days of receiving your order along with the completed return portion of your invoice noting the exchange*** and we will send you your new item.

After 30 days, any returns and exchanges will be honoured with a store credit only.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless we are out of stock.

If you require the hat for a photo shoot or special occasion please make a note at checkout so we can make sure to process the hat immediately. All orders shipped within Canada is via lettermail Canada Post ( 2-4 business days) FREE SHIPPING

U.S and International Orders shipped using international letter post Canada Post (4-7 business days) Flat Rate  $8.00 CAD (orders over $75 CAD are shipped free!)

Once we ship, we have no control over the carrier’s performance and therefore belle + sebastien is unable to refund any additional charges if your package is delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Any additional customs, shipping fees and taxes are incurred by the customer.

Care

All our products are made from 100% Cotton, Organic Cotton or Baby Alpaca.
Hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle in cold water only. Lay flat to air dry.

Sizing

Every product is handmade and size may differ slightly. Each hat is unique, just like every person and therefore may fit differently.

To get the best fit, measure the largest part of the head's circumference with a tape measure to estimate best size on our sizing chart. We will happily exchange a hat for a different size if it doesn't fit perfectly.
